Said to lurk in an old oxbow lake near Inman, Kansas, this giant, eel-like creature made headlines in the 1950s and has haunted local lore ever since. Towering, slimy, and impossible to pin down, Sinkhole Sam is the Sunflower State’s own aquatic anomaly.
